By ordering photography services, you automatically confirm your acceptance of these conditions and your understanding of them, as well as my authorial approach and photographic style.

HOW TO ORDER PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

Orders can be submitted via email, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram.

By submitting an order, the customer acknowledges that they have booked an appointment, are familiar with the photographer's style, and agree to these terms and conditions, the price list, and the processing of personal data.

The photographer is not obligated to individually warn each customer about reading the Terms and Conditions; it is the customer's responsibility to become familiar with them.

The location, specific service package, props, date and time of the shoot, and all other necessary details are agreed upon during the booking process.

ORDER DEADLINE

The order submission period depends on the current workload and is approximately 1.5-2 weeks before the planned date of the photo shoot.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE

If a scheduled photo shoot cannot take place for any reason and the client requests cancellation or an alternative date, it is their duty to notify the photographer in advance via phone or email.

The client acknowledges that if they request an alternative date, they will be offered the nearest available date, taking into account the photographer's current availability. It may also happen that there is no suitable date for a photo shoot, such as for a seasonal or event shooting.

PRICES OF PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

The price for your photo shoot session will be as agreed upon at the time of booking and will depend on your requirements.

There are also pre-made service packages available for SNS visual content creation.

Additional fees, such as accommodation, transfer, or tickets, may apply, but they will always be agreed upon during the booking process.

PAYMENTS

The amount is payable within 14 days after the client's viewing and selection of photos. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash in person based on the submitted final invoice and always before the finished photos are handed over.

​

PHOTOGRAPHY CREATION PROCESS

Photos will have parameters and specifications according to the selected service package or the client's exact specifications, including the type of photo shoot, quantity of products, style requirements, and photo specifications.

The shooting location is either the client's headquarters or another place as per the client's requirements.

Shooting takes place on weekdays from Monday to Friday based on a booked and confirmed date. Photo shoots on weekends are possible but will incur an additional fee of 30% of the confirmed price for the shoot.

In the case of bad weather, outdoor photography sessions or sessions with natural light will be rescheduled to another date.

SESSION TIMES & DURATION

The duration of the photo shoot is individual and varies depending on the quantity of photos needed, the complexity of the shooting process (set design, light scheme, etc.), or the selected pre-made package.

The duration of the shooting begins with the photographer's setup of the lighting.

 

SELECTION OF PHOTOS

Within 5 working days after the photo shoot, the client will receive a link by email or another messenger to a gallery with unretouched images. The quantity of photos for selection is agreed upon during the booking process. If the client needs more photos, an additional fee will be applied.

Photo previews are not allowed to be edited or publicly presented in any way and are solely for the client's personal use and for the subsequent selection of photos for editing.

The client should choose photos for editing as soon as possible. After the selection is completed, the created thumbnail gallery will be deleted.

EDITING

The photographer provides basic editing and retouching of photos, including color correction, removing dust or crumbs, and expanding the background.

The editing process does not include extra retouching, adding text, or other objects.

The photographer does not provide photos without basic correction.

​

TRANSFER OF PHOTOS

Edited photos will be electronically transferred through cloud storage within 2 weeks after the client's photo selection.

Photos will be transferred in JPEG format with an aspect ratio of 2:3, maximum resolution, and 300 dpi. Visual content for SNS will be sent in JPEG format with an aspect ratio of 2:3, maximum resolution, and 72 dpi. Photos can be optimised to social networks sizes. additional fees may be applied.

It is possible to send photos in TIFF, PNG or RAW format for an additional fee. Other formats are not available.

PHOTO ARCHIVING

All RAW files will be stored for 1 month after being transferred to the client. After 1 month, all data will be deleted.

A link to edited photos will be functional for 6 months, after which the data will be removed. If the photos are lost after this time, the photographer can re-upload the photos and send the link for an additional fee, but only within 12 months after the shoot.

COPYRIGHT

All photos are copyright and the property of the photographer.

The photographer grants the client an unlimited license to use the photos or parts of them. The client is entitled to use the photos in an online or offline manner without quantitative, temporal, or territorial restrictions in all possible language variations.

The client is entitled to use the photos for commercial purposes, promotion in the press and other media, processing of presentation and promotional printed material, inclusion in the dining list, and promotion on social sites. The client is entitled to make graphic modifications, process, modify, change, or use only a part of the photos.

The price includes an unlimited, non-exclusive license to use the photos except for resale to third parties. The client may use the photos as they wish but must not resell them elsewhere.

The client is not obliged to mention the name of the photographer and/or their logo in the photographs.

The photographer is entitled to use the photos for their own promotion. If the client requires photos with an exclusive license (where the photographer is unable to use the photos for their own promotion purposes or as content on their social media), the price will be increased threefold.

In the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions by the client, the photographer has the right to revoke the license granted to the client and claim compensation for damages resulting from unauthorized use of the photos.

COMPLAINTS & REFUNDS

Only technically failed photos can be claimed within 7 days of the order being sent.

The photographer is not responsible for poorly done work by a cook, although will always try to correct any imperfections.

Complaints regarding differences in color or brightness perception between the photographer and the customer, usually caused by poor quality monitors/displays or their settings, are not valid.

In the event of a defect caused by the photographer after delivering the photos, the photographer undertakes to correct the defect as soon as possible without any compensation.

The photographer is not liable for any errors or defects discovered after handover and confirmation of the correctness of the work by the client, which were not caused by the photographer's activity. In the case of a request for the removal of such errors and defects, the photographer will carry out the repair as soon as possible and will be entitled to remuneration, the amount of which will be agreed upon before the work on the removal of defects is commenced.

If a defect in the work caused by an error on the part of the client is detected before the delivery of the work, the photographer will make the correction as soon as possible and will be entitled to a fee, the amount of which will be agreed upon before the work on the removal of the defects is commenced.
